What We Do
Your HVAC system is your air filter.
Every time the heating or cooling runs, the air in your home is pulled through the return, past a filter, and pushed back out through the vents. That loop repeats all day. It is the single biggest influence on what is floating around your rooms, and in most houses nobody has looked at it in years.
Which is why the fixes are usually simpler than people expect. A filter that fits its slot properly. A rating matched to what the equipment can actually move air through. A return that is not quietly pulling air out of a crawlspace.
We work on that loop — the filter, the equipment doing the filtering, and the ductwork around it. We don't do air testing, and we'll tell you when the thing you need isn't something we do.

Is Your Filtration Keeping Up?
Six things worth paying attention to.
You clean the surfaces, and by the end of the week they look untouched. Filtration that is letting fine dust past is the usual explanation.
If symptoms ease when you leave the house and return when you get home, something in the loop is recirculating rather than removing.
The first few minutes of a heating season smelling of dust is normal. A musty smell that arrives with the airflow every time is not.
Grey streaking on the ceiling or wall above a supply register means air is carrying more than it should through those ducts.
If you cannot say roughly when it was last done, it is overdue. This is the single most common finding we have.
Weak airflow at the far end of the house can be a restricted filter as easily as a duct problem. Worth ruling out the cheap cause first.
