No heat on a cold night is not a comfort problem, it's an urgent one. We find the actual fault, tell you what it takes to fix, and say so if a repair isn't worth it.
Furnace Maintenance
A furnace burns fuel, which makes servicing it partly a safety job. What a visit covers depends on the age and condition of the system.
